History of SAMBAL SAMITI

Established in the year 1998, SAMBAL SAMITI was started by Mrs. Alka Saxena, Dr. Rajeev Saxena, Shri Vishnu Gopal Agochhiya, ma'am Rachna Nigam, Shri C.L. Sharma and Shri Aashish Srivastava. Their vision and tireless efforts gave shape to their dream which evolved in the form of Mental Retarded Rehabilitation Home under the Department of Specially Abled Government of Rajasthan in Dausa and Jaipur District. This home gives warmth and affection to every child and strives for their happiness.

Their journey continued unabated and they started achieving  one milestone after another. The following data is the testimony of the same.

• Establishment of an English medium school Euro Academy 2003.
• Organization of legal awareness camps for women under women commission of India, New Delhi. 2008
• Registered in Disability RPWD act 1995 section 52(2) amended 2016.
• Skill Development training for disabled SC and ST since 2015 under SIPDA Scheme from DDUIPH Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Govt. of India, New Delhi
• Vocational Training for disabled person 2014 in progress till date.
• Sambal Special school under DDRS Scheme 2015 in progress till date.
• Diploma in special education in Mental retardation 2017  (approved by Rehabilitation Council of India ) in progress till date.
• Diploma in special education in Hearing Impairment 2018 (approved by Rehabilitation Council of India ) in progress till date.
• B.Ed. in Special Education approved in 2022 by (approved by Rehabilitation Council of India ) Govt. of India affiliated to University of Rajasthan , Jaipur
• B.Ed in special education in M,R. Niwai district Tonk 2022 approved by (approved by Rehabilitation Council of India )  Government of India affiliated to MDS University, Ajmer.
• ADIP Scheme (Assistance to Disabled Persons for Purchase/Fitting of Aids and Appliances) under Ministry of Social Justice of Empowerment department of D.E.P.W.D. Govt. of India New Delhi sanctioned in 2022 for the distribution of assistive devices to disabled persons.
